Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Playtoken Game ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Playtoken Game is a decentralized mining game platform built on the BNB Smart Chain. The Platform allows users to:

  • Stake PLAY tokens in mining pools
  • Participate in competitive mining blocks
  • Earn rewards based on pool selection and outcomes
  • Swap tokens (ARBT/MTOKEN to PLAY)
  • View leaderboards and statistics

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency activities are prohibited
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account and Wallet

To use the Platform, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
  • All transactions initiated from your wallet
  • Any loss or theft of your wallet or private keys
  • Ensuring your wallet is compatible with the BNB Smart Chain

We do not store, have access to, or control your wallet, private keys, or funds. You acknowledge that transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.

5. PLAY Tokens

PLAY tokens are utility tokens used within the Platform ecosystem. Important points:

  • PLAY tokens are non-withdrawable utility tokens
  • PLAY tokens can only be used within the Platform for mining activities
  • PLAY tokens cannot be converted to other cryptocurrencies or fiat currency
  • PLAY tokens have no monetary value outside the Platform
  • Rewards and refunds are paid in PLAY tokens

6. Mining and Rewards

The Platform operates on a block-based mining system:

  • Mining blocks occur approximately every 10 minutes
  • Users select pools and stake PLAY tokens to participate
  • Winning pools are determined by weighted random selection
  • Winning Scenario: Users receive 1x refund + 1x reward (2x PLAY total)
  • Losing Scenario: Users receive 2x refund (2x PLAY total, no reward)
  • Network fees (BNB) are required for each mining transaction

Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on pool selection and random outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Fees

The Platform charges the following fees:

  • Mining Fee: 10% of total stake value in BNB (paid to blockchain network)
  • Swap Fees: As displayed on the swap interface
  • Withdrawal Fees: Fixed BNB network fees (charged in BNB regardless of token type - ARBT, FNBT, or BNB)

All fees are non-refundable. Fees are subject to change with notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the mining system
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other unauthorized methods
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing

9. Risk Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Cryptocurrency and blockchain activities involve substantial risk
  • You may lose all tokens staked in mining activities
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • The Platform may experience technical issues or downtime
  • Regulatory changes may affect Platform availability
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities may result in loss of funds

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or tokens, arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
